No one ever failed a museum

"Frank Oppenheimer often said: 'No one ever failed a museum'. He meant that the visitor can not 'fail' a museum in the sense of failing an exam. In an informal setting there are no tests and no conditions for participation. A museum can, and often does, fail its audiences - it is the visitor who can not fail"
